It started off with not having my digital key available and having to wait while 3 people checked in that were ahead of us. The idea, I thought, was to not have to wait having a digital card. Then we get to our room and the stench of some prior food was obnoxious. The light in the kitchen area was our, three lights in the bathroom were out. The dishwasher and refrigerator were so gross on the outside, as if they hadn’t been wiped down at all. The walls are dirty. This is waaaaay to much money for this hotel. What we got was an $80 quality room but paid twice as much. Will not being coming back to this hotel.

I waited fifteen minutes to check in with nobody at the front desk. The sign said they were helping a guest and would be back soon. There was another couple walking outside and they looked at me and said, good luck checking in. We waited forever to check in. I tried calling the front desk and still nobody answered. Finally, after the lobby was crowded, someone came in and checked me in. However, I looked over and saw a sign that said the pool was out of order. She said, didn't anyone tell you or call you? I said no. She said that ******* had a wrong number for me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel, I said and go where? Had I known the pool was down, I wouldn't have stayed here. There wasn't anything that was a deal breaker for me other than the pool but there definitely wasn't anything that was positive for me either. A moderately expensive hotel for the amenities and services that were provided. I probably will choose not to stay here again.

This was one of the nicest experiences our family has had at a hotel. The entire hotel was clean and tidy.
We'll be choosing Homewood Suites often in our future travels!

Our room was well appointed and clean. We had a first floor room which was the quietest room we have stayed in for quite a while. Breakfast was ok, but could have benefited from more hot foods. Staff was very welcoming and helpful for suggestions for food delivery. They have it decorated for Halloween, which was really cute.

I will not be staying here again. Small pool, hot tub not working, very limited breakfast. Staff seemed nice and good location but again for the amount of money that was paid, the amenities did not support it.

As a business traveler, one would expect there to be an in room safe for your valuables. Right? Not at this property. Having to lug around your electronics for business is not ideal nor is leaving them in your room. Safety security boxes not big enough for a laptop. As nice as this place is, that and dirty dishes in my newly checked in room are not acceptable to me nor should it be for any business traveler.

We stayed 4 nights in a king studio. The bathroom was right next to the bed with no door on the vanity area, causing the bright vanity lights to shine on whoever was trying to sleep; the wall-mounted TV faced an odd direction, making it hard to see; the brewed coffee in the lobby was extremely weak and breakfast was disappointing (not fresh for one). Plus our trash cans started over-flowing towards the end of our stay and no one checked to see if we needed anything the entire time. With no housekeeping service for 4 days, you'd think they'd at least ask. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nice.
